About me
I am a director, animator and illustrator born in Athens, Greece. I graduated with a Master of Science in Animation and VFX from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, University of Dundee in the United Kingdom and my Bachelor's degree was in Communication and Mass media from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where I majored in film and television related courses.
I have been crafting stories since she I a child, writing and drawing anything that made my heart beat faster, mesmerized by the greast creators of animation and inspired by the power of a good story, which can make the world a better place. I have previously worked as an artist for animation studios in Athens, creating storyboards and animation for clients like Google, Piraeus Bank and the Acropolis Museum, while also working as a freelance storyboard artist/animator and illustrator for advertising agencies.
"Mine" is my first short film, having won as a pitch the funding and support of the Greek Film Center and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Greece, in 2020. The pitch for another film project called "Fishbowl" also won the Balkan Animation Pitching Forum first award, and is currently looking for support and funding. My newest project, called "Andromeda" is in the pre-production stage and is currently looking for support and funding.
I am always looking to collaborate with film, animation, design and gaming companies on creative projects, so that we can share our passion and love for the medium, and work hard together in order to bring amazing stories to life.
